This coffee comes from several small specialty coffee farms in Bombe Village, Ethiopia, with an elevation between 1,920 - 2,020 meters. The farmers deliver their ripe coffee cherries to the Abore washing station in nearby Bensa, Ethiopia. Abore gets it's name from a bridge and a fountain located next to the washing station and is well known by the locals and popular in the area. Originally built in 1997, many employees have been working there since it was founded. This coffee has very high acidity, high body, and very high sweetness. Tasting notes include green apple, strawberry, peach, and floral.
